Eldertree
Eldertree offers support and a befriending service for people over 50 that operates predominately in the south west, south east and central neighbourhoods of Plymouth. Their aim is to reduce social isolation and afford reasonable access to their activities for the older members of the community, where they have a presence. The service operates through a network of community and voluntary partnerships. 290 people currently are supported by their volunteers.
The wellbeing funding directly helps to provide access to Physical activity and swimming sessions for older people in the PL1 – PL4 postcodes of Plymouth.

Relate Plymouth offer a counseling service to help all clients, whether married or not, whatever your age, personal beliefs, sexual orientation or social background. All sorts of people come to Relate and find it helps them understand what is going on in their relationship and change things for the better
The wellbeing funding directly helps Relate Plymouth to offer a specific family counseling service. It offers support to families and step-families in stressful situations with preventative ways forward . The funding is specifically aimed at families living in the East End area of Plymouth.
