Plymouth Continuation
Plymouth Continuation is a programme that will support a variety of innovative projects and activities until April 2011. This will enable a broad spectrum of people of all ages, genders and backgrounds to access local well being organisations and activities. Working in partnership with a range of organisations, targetting postcodes PL1 - PL4 as well as St Budeaux and Barne Barton, we will provide cooking clubs, healthy tuck shops, community physical activities, family counselling, lifestyle assessment, befriending and advocacy.
