5x30 Devon Wide increases participation in physical activity for health, wellbeing and positive mental health across northern and western parts of Devon. This will be achieved through activities and events led by Community Activators in North Devon, West Devon and Torridge; sustained by training local people and volunteers to continue activities beyond the lifetime of this project. The project supports local people in their own communities; providing more opportunities to participate regularly in physical activity.
What is it?
Activities include working with Activators to establish sustainable activities withing communities.
